We just wanted to share with the world our very pleasant vehicle ownership experience at Onyx Automotive on King George Blvd in Surrey, BC. We had been looking for a Mercedes GL for a few months when we noticed Onyx Automotive had listed one for sale on the Internet. We have purchased vehicles a few times already in the past, so we already had a good idea as to how used car sales people can be very pushy and aggressive and we were certainly expecting to be treated that way with Onyx, however I must say, nothing could have been further from the truth. They were absolute gentlemen in the way the salesperson and owner/manager conducted themselves. Nothing pushy at all, they totally gave us our space (and they probably even gave up on us as we disappeared for a month) , but the moment we re-contacted them again via email, they were instantly attentive, and they really listened to what we wanted, and responded with meaningful, and thoughtful answers that were very helpful. When it came to the price, they were more than fair, and the price we paid was considered well under market value by the Autotrader rating system. The vehicle we purchased was very clean, and in immaculate condition. I would normally expect to only find a vehicle this clean on an official Mercedes Dealership lot. Onyx Automotive has their own shop onsite and the mechanics are all Red Seal Certified, and anything they list for sale has already been reviewed and fully serviced.
