Went to him for true copy certification of my degree and he was courteous enough to wait for me to arrive even after his work hours. In and out within 10 minutes. So overall, very positive experience and the price was reasonable as well.

This guy is very unprofessional, dishonest and greedy. He was referred to my by another notary. My experience with this guy was horrible and stressful. Not only was I disappointed with the way he treated my sale proceeds.The paper work was wrong and I believe he thought I have no experience with notary duties in order to pocket that money but I noticed it right away and when I brought it to his attention, he promised to fix it yet he didn't for 2 months. He ordered payout statement from my bank 5 days later and kept my sale proceeds in his account. When I threaten him with a lawsuit, he refunded part of the money in bits and pieces citing errors.My final cheque of the proceeds does not reflect what I should get on the adjustments. It was short. He said he sent more money to the bank and after they finished processing the payment, they will send the leftover. That did not happen. He divided all the paperwork of my sale in order for me not to trace his agenda. He will try to put bogus charges in order to take your money. photocopies, fax stamp etc 20. He gave me 3 pages of paper for 20. If you want to deal with a professional and have a stress free services, stay away from this guy!

I have done notarization services and a recent property transfer with Murali Krishnan notary and I should say that it has been the best experience ever. I researched other notaries (specially big ones with fancy websites) and not only their rates were much higher they were not flexible enough. This is the 3rd time I was buying a house and would go to Murali again and recommend him to everyone.
