Let me start out by saying I rarely do reviews but dealing with Navpoint warrants one. Dealing with Navi and his team was amazing. The install was done quickly by the crew. They showed up on time and didn't leave mess. I would not hesitate to recommend Navpoint for anybody needing a garage door or repairs.
After 1 week of failed attempts trying to find the right company for the job, I came across NavPoint. The staff is extremely thorough and efficient. Including security measures to inform you of your tech. Robin, the tech reached out to me requesting to come earlier than we had scheduled, which really worked out better for my already busy day. Robin arrived and immediately started to work. He had all of the correct hardware and replaced all of the springs and cables with no problem. He was very polite and professional. Even the cost was lower than I anticipated and was quoted by other companies. I highly reccomend this company.
Needed a repair done. They were polite, professional and very good. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
