To Graeme & the entire team on our project, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the great work done to improve our house. We selected My House for reliability and quality work and notwithstanding that our expectations were surpassed with many aspects of the project. Our priority was to select the right people for the job, to not only get quality work done but to start with a good planning process and to direct the focus to the right features and comforts you hope to achieve in your home. We feel that this is where your team’s involvement paid off big because your staff has an open mind or “clean slate” approach, combined with the ability to distill what we as homeowners often do not articulate well. As a homeowner, you tend to lose the ability to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. We feel very fortunate having had Bruno and his crew on the project as he appears to have this canny ability to come up with a solution for any challenge during a project like this. I would never hear about a challenge without Bruno at the same time providing several options to resolve these challenges. Kudos for the Build part of your team. From a general administrative aspect your company has always been very professional to see the project through until completion. Finally, we have been pleased by the courteous way how all staff dealt with disruption to neighbours on our street that comes with any construction project of this magnitude. You also impressed us with the professionally organized open house after completion of the project. We must say that we are very excited about the quality of materials and the way how the work was completed with such attention to detail throughout.

We hired My House to do a full home renovation. Our home was 50 years old and was in need of a major face lift. My House created our dream home basically down to the studs. All aspects and details were carefully covered by their careful planning. This made the process very easy especially since both of us were busy with full time work. If you're reading my review, all I can say is this. If you're looking for a Design/ Build Team who will listen to you, incorporate your ideas, are PATIENT, are creative, will work within your budget, and exceed your expectations, you should talk to My House!

My House Design/Build completed a fabulous renovation of our 100 year old home several years ago. The quality of work was outstanding, from design to the finish touches of construction. There were several surprises when we started to take apart our house and uncover it's history, and My House was always ready with the solutions before we even realized there was a problem. We've now moved into another old house and were quick to go back to My House for support with interior design, and will be back for sure when we are ready for a big renovation!

Our house is not ready till the end of summer and so I cannot comment on punctuality. However as retired seniors renovating an old timer bungalow from top to bottom and practically every inch of the house, we need trustworthy professionals to guide us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better team of architect, interior designer, project manager, the permit application liaison person, even the on site foreman and his workers. We were consulted, educated, led on tours of actual factories, showrooms which were planned out in organized fashion making them actually enjoyable without being overwhelming. The planning phase was very detail oriented keeping in mind our budget and sourcing out the best deals for our dollars. The design of the whole house was breathtaking, congruent yet not rigid without possible changes as we see fit. In short they are honest, open, friendly, above board, true professionals and leaders in their own fields of expertise. I just wish I can keep buying more real estate so more beautiful well built homes are available for Vancouverites!
