Okay first the quality of the install was top notch. The front staff were great too. Was quoted at 80 to install just the hitch, but I had the wiring also on hand so that was also installed, which took a little longer. I have a Jeep Wrangler and nothing’s ever easy on it. Even the hitch required moving the exhaust. Again, above and beyond on the quality of craftsmanship and great post service care. Simply on the quality of work alone I would highly recommend.

Great products and very helpful staff. Just purchased the Rhino-Rack for my 2020 Ram 3500. I was helped by Brandon who highlighted the benefits of the Rhino system. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this company for its service and product knowledge. It was worth the drive from the North Shore!!

I am very pleased with the customer service. One of the products I ordered is on back order, but Modula Racks presented me with 2 options right away. Cancel the back order item and keep the other 2, or have the 2 items in stock shipped and wait for the back order item. Their response was quick and the Shipment came very quick. I live in Toronto, Ontario and Modula Racks was the best store for racks and parts for them than any store here in Ontario. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. To start, the install result is reasonable. The whole cut into the rear cover panel was done pretty poorly and looks amateur. They failed to order the correct wiring harness for my model of car, requiring me to come back a second time. At the second appointment, they installed the same wrong harness before realising their err. I was only charged for the estimated time, but my car was unavailable for twice that time. When they notified me of the err, the service rep kept referring to they/them as if the install group were a third party. Finally they left their tools in my car, necessitating me to turn around, and go back to drop it off.
