I made a quick stop here this afternoon to have 2 spare keys cut. I was in and out within minutes even after picking out 2 cool new key templates for 5.50 each. The young fellow was professional and quick. Tested the keys when I arrived home and they worked perfectly. In the past my keys have not been correctly cut so this was a relief. I'd go back to this business for any locksmith needs. They had a great variety of keys and a number of different safes to choose from as well.
We had lost our keys to the Lobby mailbox & apartment door. I had set up an appointment for between 9am & 10am. To my surprise, in this day and age of poor customer service, they arrived at 9am. Afterwards on top of the bill I added a tip. Later on I received a phone call from their office manager asking if I was sure about my adding a tip. Quality work & great customer service, of course I leave a tip.
Definitely would recommend this company, Dave was so helpful! Our mailbox lock broke, and strata told me it wasn’t their issue, and to call a locksmith. The first company I called were booked up for the next few days, and would charge a minimum of 125 to come out to change out the lock. This was the second company I called, and they too were booked up, but Dave offered to sell me a lock and show me how to install it. He even emailed the next day to ask how it went!
