I was reading the customers reviews and I was shocked with the companies insensitivity to privacy & confidentiality laws. The Madan Tax rep was sharing customer's personal case/projects details publicly when responding to the reviews. OMG. I understand you are trying to respond to the customers complains but please do not share the nature of their case or tax publicly. See how you guys responded to Samantha B and Kullar feedbacks.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I would caution anyone who goes to this company to complete their taxes. The main owner was not well informed and was not knowledgeable in basic tax returns. The document he charged me 60 dollars for was unusable and when I approached him to resolve this he denied his failure to do a proper job, avoided my calls and refused to provide reimbursement. You are taking your chances when dealing with this company, go somewhere else! Update: The owners response is inaccurate. I provided all documents needed for a provisional 2018 return, the owner was unclear on how to proceed and produced a document I could not use. In fact he denied that there was such a thing as a provisional tax return and asked me what he should put in the document. The other cpa I saw used the same documents that I had provided Madan and he completed the document required without issue. The 2016 return was straightforward and in process with Madan and although I had just had a bad experience I was willing to negotiate and when I attempted to negotiate wth the owner that he apply the 60 dollars I had paid for an unusable document towards the cost of the 2016 return, he refused and stated he would call me back, which he didn’t. Very unprofessional. As I did not receive a response I now leave the matter for the BBB as they have accepted my complaint and are currently investigating. I would be wary dealing with a company who is not knowledgeable, uninformed and/or appearing to not have the customers interests at heart. Disappointing.
He is a rude person who does not listen to what your concerns are. He totally messed up my return this year and charged me 250 by claiming that my return was too complicated.
