Surrey Central Physiotherapy - PT Health has a very friendly, positive greeting when you enter there building. With professional yet inviting calm relaxing approach to there clients they cover all Covid 19 regulations to make sure there clients are not only safe but comfortable. During all sessions up to date the compassion shown to clients has no words. soothing gentle background music kind gentle very professional physiotherapist covering any and all needs for my recovery, constant knowledge given to there clients of step by step recovery process is done so with complete care and compassion for the client and there needs. At anytime i would highly recommend Surrey Central Physiotherapy - PT health to cover any and all Physiotherapy needs. Being a survivor from a work accident having over 30 thousand volts pass through my body. My only regret is not attending Surrey Central Physiotherapy - PT Health in 2013 for my recovery needs.

I've been dealing with this clinic for 6 years now, and have only ever had positive experiences. The staff has changed a lot over the last few years, but the one person who's always been there is Tammy at the front desk. If anyone was ever born to do a job, then that was Tammy working at this clinic. She is one of the most hospitable, helpful and cooperative people I know. Always friendly and with a great sense of humour, she puts a smile on my face every time I talk to her. She knows her job really well which also makes my life easier. If you want a clinic that is 1) Friendly; 2) Efficient; 3) Accommodating; and 4) Fantastic at what they do -- then Surrey Central should be your choice. Thank you to all the staff who work here - therapists and receptionists - for making my experience with you pleasant, especially Tammy who is always willing to help with anything I need and go out of her way for the clients. I appreciate you so much!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Last Monday, August 24, I had a bad fall and rolled my ankle. I also suffer from chronic back pain that happened to flare up as well. I was struggling to find a clinic that would see me on such short notice, however Tammy, the receptionist, managed to pull some strings and squeezed me in within a few hours. Not only was she super helpful and informative over the phone, she was even more pleasant in person. When I arrived at the clinic, she greeted me instantly. She was very warm and welcoming. You can tell she is GREAT at her job and she enjoys doing it. I was seen by a physiotherapist named Vic, who also deserves a major shout out. For years i have suffered with chronic back pain, as i mentioned earlier, and after just one session with Vic, I finally received answers and hope for the future! Once my treatment was completed, Tammy helped me pay for my treatment and booked future follow-ups. She was super efficient and submitted my insurance while I was in treatment so everything was ready to go once I got out! To top it all off, she went out of her way to check another clinic's availability just to accommodate my busy work schedule. I will definitely be coming here for all my future appointments and recommending this clinic, and its AMAZING staff to all. They make a wonderful team!

I limped into Surrey Central Physio in early October 2020 and after 5 weeks of Physiotherapy by the expert hands of Mani I skipped out!! My right knee had collapsed after a jump onto a pebble beach. I could not put any weight on my right leg without experiencing extreme pain. I didn’t know the exact injury so 3 weeks went by before I was referred to Mani. I was impressed by Mani’s listening skills and attention to detail. I felt I could trust him with my injuries. He also instilled a confidence that I would recover if I followed his home regimen of exercises. After 10 days I no longer needed my cane! I highly recommend Mani and the staff at Surrey Central Physio beside Steve Nash Gym off 137A Street and 104th. A First Class Physio!
