Went to look at buying a Hyundai years ago but wasn’t greeted, walked around for 15min no said anything left and I bought a Honda next door. Fast forward 3 years I go back again and spoke with a young man named Moe. Super patient, didn’t pressure me to buy something that wasn’t suitable for my needs, helped me with all my questions about the Kona and most importantly made me shop on my own time. Kudos to Moe, shop with him if you need anything from Hyundai

Feb 2021 update: I will leave My original review below that was five starts until my first service appointment. Since then I am reducing it to three stars... I bought the car with the options of a door visor and engine block heater installed. When the parts came in i came in for the appointment. After I got home I noticed a poor installation job on the visor. A good 1cm gap between the visor and the window seal (see photo). I then had to bring back to car for service only to be told by the technician it is supposed to be like that, and there is nothing they could do. All in all it is just a badly designed part, all other models and cars I have seen the visor is flush against the glass at the ends. So definitely not impressed at all with service so far. Now the original sales process review : Jan 2021 I had a very pleasant experience at Langley Hyundai when I bought my 2021 tuscon. I was greeted warmly by Zlatan, who helped me through the entire sales process without too much pressure, took time to listen to what I needed and helped negotiate a fair trade for my used Mazda with his sales manager. Zlatan was professional, friendly and genuine which is why I bought my car there. I don’t respond well to the pressure sales experience I see in some places, I much prefer someone who listens and delivers. My one criticism of the dealership is the finance/insurance process, where they really try to pressure you into buying extra warranty and insurance which I didn’t want. All dealership do this so it’s not new so be prepared to be firm with your “no thanks”. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and I’d buy from them again.

Great experience. My wife and I had time to walk the lot and check out the vehicles at our own pace. When we started to head to the showroom was when the salesman came out to see if we needed help, I liked that. Our salesman was Zlatan, and he was awesome to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. It was like dealing with an old friend, not fake like your typical sleazy \ used car salesman\ .Actually everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great.

The Cars are fine, but when it comes to their service. Get a second Opinion, told me there was 2 mil left on the front break pads... took it to another Garage and found out there was 7 mil left... Scam Artists at their best.. I Have reports to prove this claim. Buyer beware.
