My wife and I just finished building our home, and used kiwicana for all the countertops (2 kitchens, 4 bathroom vanities and laundry room counter top.). We used Caeserstone for some spaces, and goodstone for a couple others to save costs. Both are incredible. The initial communication/quoting process was a little frustrating, but I gotta say; the prices are unbelievable, the turn around between measuring and install was super fast, and the installation and product are amazing. We had an issue with the silicone on our suite kitchen, and they came back within 2-3 days of us calling to promptly fix it. I would definitely recommend kiwicana.

What a nightmare to work with. So much unnecessary stress. You know it's a bad business when the owner herself is trying to get the last word in for every 1 star review. What a headache. I had a friend who worked there and she would come home crying from the workplace abuse the owner would ensue to her.
Tiffany is the greatest. Will be using these guys for all my projects every year.
These people seems more like a scam as they told me different price when finalized everything but charged extra money from my credit card. They office lady kept on claiming that she told me about it before but she actually never did. Their installers are so rude and lies a lot. Their installer told me he is going for lunch break but their boss told me they would have to charge 200 extra as their installed need to come back to finish the work. That was most surprising and annoying thing when one person tells you one thing and other is telling different. Moreover just wanted to point out that these people don’t keep your financial/ private information confidential as they had the copies of personal checks from their clients posted on their office walls with banking information visible to everyone(checks which were returned for some reason). I would never trust them ever with anything in future including giving my credit card information. It was horrible experience working with them, never had this bad of service ever.
Tiffany in sales dept is very friendly, experienced and understanding. They carry good quality and variety of options to choose from.. And the prices are unbeatable!!
I recently had my countertop done . This place is doing good job . I am so happy with the product. For sure my next project will use this company again.
Great experience with Kiwicana! We had previously bought countertops for two of our bathrooms from them. We purchased remnants of quartz and were thrilled with the price and quality! We then decided to price out countertops for our kitchen. After getting a quote by the Costco guys, we decided to contact Kiwicana. We got them for almost half the price as the Costco guys! And it’s great quality! I was happy with timeframe and installation. Installation team were polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint, which is minor, is their worksite cleanup. I only subtracted a star because they left the place pretty dirty. But overall, I’m in love with my quartz countertops!
Well, all I can say is that when I received a quote a full 30% less than the nearest competitor I was a bit nervous. The company came recommended by a trusted friend so we thought we'd give it a chance. Are we ever glad we did. The service we received was top notch, they were at our home quickly and as promised to measure up. That was on a Monday, six days later the quartz was in our kitchen looking beautiful. There is a bit of a language issue but ...get over it and you will be glad you did. Prices are competitive, quality is there and service is beyond belief. I can't recommend Kiwicana enough and will use them on our next project. Thank you Tiffany, Olivia and Howard as well as everyone else who played a part in our countertops!
