The team at John Sadler has been fabulous. We have had them do a heating system installation at both of our homes. And in both times, we were without heat, they were very responsible and helped us understand our options clearly. I always felt they guided us toward a wise decision and never tried to over-sell us. We use the team exclusively for ongoing maintenance and repairs. They are excellent!!

We had John Sadler Plumbing & Heating replacing our old and broken heating boiler and hot water tank with a modern combination tankless space & water system (Navien 240E). We did not compromise on choosing the best, and after reviewing their previous work, we were impressed with the elegance and accuracy of this complex installation and are grateful for having this done professionally by Colin Sadler. We were desperate to find a plumber who would be professional, ethical and conscientious. We spoke to several and treated poorly by most. Colin Sadler came to the house the same day we first talked. We quickly determined that we needed a completely new boiler system. Old one was more than 30 years old. He like everyone else is super busy he has 4 other trucks fully booked but he said he keeps himself more open for this very reason. He said he could install a new boiler the next day. Fast , efficient , professional Conscientious! Really great combo boiler of great value, He went above and beyond what we expected, very happy. Seriously 5 star man. Thank you
