Overall the services and cleanliness in this hospital was very good. Unfortunately some workers give this place a bad reviews. 11-15-2020 I had my MRI test today morning. The (lady) receptionist working at ground floor and 2nd floor didn’t know how to welcome there patient nicely. However the young lady (greeter) at 2nd floor and (lady looks like Chinese) worker at MRI room was very nice and friendly. And they gives me good experience on my MRI appointment and coming on this place.

Dr. Jennifer Prince did a awesome job! My finger had got slammed into a door and I got stitched up and was told to come here for check ups, did a great job every time. Took her time to make sure everything was good even though it was really busy!

My wife was very COLD the entire MRI. Previous MRIs she was.given a light blanket to keep warm.over her lower half. (The MRI is on her head and neck) This tech said the room needs to stay cool for the machine. Fair enough. BUT...people.need to be comfortable during a stressful noisy hour or more test. Not impressed

This building has 62 services and/or clinics. The 4th floor is the day surgery floor with the plastic surgery suite. Very professionally run with 6 different support staff behind the closed doors in attendance. Everything ran smoothly. This building is not a hospital. The staff everywhere, were pleasant and the Coast Capital Savings Educational Centre had information in several languages. Many different professionals and volunteers working here. Thanks .....
