I'm a little disappointed, my daughter took my silver necklace to this jewelry store to have the clasp repaired. They told her that it had to be replaced,so she said ok. After about 2 months the clasp is tarnishing and turning dark but my necklace is still quite bright and shiny. This necklace is over 10 years old and very good quality silver but now the clasp looks like it is cheap and discolored. My daughter was doing this for me as a surprise and now I can't let her know it's not right as I don't blame her but the jeweler for not using a quality product that doesn't discolor or tarnish and looks as good as the rest of the necklace. I guess I will take it to another jeweler to have it done right!

Over the last couple years I have had the privilege of dealing with Anita and her team at the Jewelry Clinic, South Surrey. She took pieces of an old family ring and made it into something new that I wear everyday, as well as, designed and created a family ring for an anniversary gift that never leaves our mother’s finger. The team is always knowledgeable and never rushes you when you have questions and you always feel welcome when you drop by their shop. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweller!

DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD JEWELRY HERE! I came in this afternoon to sell a gold ring that was 10 carat gold stamped however it was just slightly under 10 carats to the 10th decimal so she gave me the price for 9 carats ,however, today's market price for 9 carats is 28/G she paid out only 13 per gram which is less than half of the amount that any other gold buyer in town is offering. I'm sure that they do a very good job with their jewelry repairs however this is not the place to sell your gold.

I have been named Executor of a Will. The lawyer I am working with referred me to the Jewellery Clinic and the South Surrey location was ideal for me. I arrived at the clinic for store opening today and received excellent service from two ladies and one gentleman. They were most helpful going through what I had brought in to determine what was of value and worth being appraised. Very courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.
