Friendly people. They did a thorough good job on the pedicure and the manicure I received. Wasn't 100% perfect but for the price it was awesome!

Very very rude staff. I strongly don’t recommend this staff. In just one week shellac gel nail paint got off and when i went back to the salon the lady was very rude and refused to fix it.

Super rude. I would NOT recommend this place. Especially not Anna. First time coming in and she wouldn’t do what I was asking, kept saying she cannot buff my nails and apply colour because it will be uneven. I let her do what she recommended and this is what I got. The worst part is she kept saying my fingers were crooked and that’s why my nails are crooked when in fact she kept filing down one side more than the other... and then obviously started complaining to the other employees in their own language. She also states that she doesn’t do anything wrong and it’s all my hands and fingers.

I used this salon for a few years and my only complaints had really been the quality of the polish job. Sometimes it was uneven or bubbly so i had to go back, or my toe has been cut a few times with the electric buffer. There was little to no customer service , but I expect that when they are really busy. This last time was empty in the salon. I was there for a mani/pedi, this “last experience” was with the man who works there, he was rude and arguing with me. He seemed really rushed and agitated, all I had asked for was a manicure with gel polish (my pedi was done by a woman in the chair). I will not be going back because I go to relax and enjoy and I find the mood in there unsettling.
