We have happily been using the happy baby cheeks cloth diaper service for over a year. We have found them very punctual, responsive, and customer centric. Over the summer we were camping for a number of weeks, and they offered us to rent their diapers at a very reasonable price. We are using their service because we want to be as environmentally sustainable as we can in a busy work/family life. They have been great in answering our questions about the sustainability of their operations. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks HBC team!

I had the best experience with Happy Baby Cheeks. When my kid was born we needed more diapers before our pickup/drop off date, they had someone stop by with extras. They were responsive to all my emails and questions, it was easy to put thing son hold or ask for more or less every week. As a first time cloth diaper user, this service meant that we could go the cloth route even without in-suite laundry. Their delivery driver, Bruce, is so kind and generally delivered each week at the same time. I know it sounds like a week is a long time for the diapers to sit before being picked up, but again this ended up never being an issue. I would 100% use this service again, for both diapers and wipes.
Been using HBC for four months now, during COVID. They are very responsive to customers, they are also very patient when you have a fresh baby and have some fairly inane questions! I feel good about reducing our environmental impact, and without having to consider shopping for diapers in your schedule. I would recommend them to any friend or new mom!

Loved this service. Happy Baby Cheeks made it so easy to use cloth for most of our babe's first year. I would have used them for ages more, but alas our daycare can't manage cloth.
My wife and I try to be eco-conscious wherever we can, so we wanted to try out cloth diapers for our infant daughter. However, we heard from some friends how much work it can be to deal with cloth diapers at home, so we wanted to find a service that matched our lifestyle while still allowing us to reduce our footprint at the landfill. Happy Baby Cheeks was the answer. Their staff are super friendly and helpful and the service is just amazing. We're six months into our service and Susan and Bruce have been wonderful to work with from day one. They've also been very flexible and have continued the service on holidays with no interruption - no fuss, just great service and a quality product. The diapers they provide are very absorbent and have been fine even overnight. If you're wanting to go plastic-free, this is the way to go for sure. The service is also very reasonably priced, which goes a long way when you're a family depending on a single income during the first year of your little one's life. We can't recommend Happy Baby Cheeks highly enough!
I highly recommend this service to all the busy parents who wish to cloth diaper their babies! I’m a first time mom and Happy Baby Cheeks came highly recommended by my colleagues and friends. Susan and Jessica always responded to my emails promptly and helped me with common diaper issues such as high overnight urine volume and mild diaper rash. They were very knowledgeable and it was reassuring to know that I have help beyond the weekly deliveries. Their prefolds were clean, good quality, and easy to use. Their diaper accessories, diaper pail, pail deodorizer, and snappi were all quality products. When my newborn was going through 120 diapers a week, they happily supplied to meet the demand. They really made the cloth diaper experience as easy as possible for a new parent!
