We moved from Ottawa, Ontario to Vancouver, BC. They provided an excellent service. Sara and her team are very professional and answers all my queries promptly. They moved 3 bedroom stuff and delivered with no damage. The delivery was done a day ahead of scheduled delivery. The service provided is beyond my imagination. I paid for storage also until I get my house in Vancouver. They surprised me when I receive call that they will refund storage amount because they did not us storage and kept stuff in truck itself. Extremely highly recommended

My experience with the Great Canadian Van Lines was nothing but smooth and convenient from day 1 -- despite Covid. Asking for a quote was easy and efficient, and Sara definitely answered all my questions and ensured me that I had nothing to worry about. She was clear about what my expectations should be from pricing to preparation, to moving day, etc. Codie (the driver assigned to my account) was nothing but respectful, reassuring, helpful, and kept me informed even when I wasn't asking for an update. He was not only helpful but extremely friendly and a delight to speak with. He and the team worked really quickly and took care of my belongings. They delivered my things from Brampton to Calgary, on time, and safely. Amazing service from Sara and Codie. I'd definitely love to hire them again if I ever needed to make a big move again. Thank you, Sara, Codie, and GCVL for a stress-free moving experience.

This was a major move for us and after careful consideration, we chose Great Canadian Van Lines to move us from B.C to Ontario during the height of COVID-19. We needed to ship two cars as well, which Great Canadian Van Lines organized for us with Livingston Transportation which also gets an honourable mention here. GCVL organized 4 men to look after our move out and 4 men to move us into our new home. The one constant individual was the driver Sean, the leader who not only did the drive across the country but was tasked with disassembling and reassembling our expensive Martix Elliptical machine (which we paid for in advance). My one recommendation to GCVL would be to make sure that this individual was qualified to do this. As it turned out, Sean wasn't able to successfully reassemble our machine, so we had to organize another company to do this. GCVL took full responsibility for the error and quickly reimbursed me in full for the additional work done. Back to the move in. It was a scorching hot day in July and everyone powered through it graciously. A special mention and thanks goes to Sean who has an amazing work ethic! GCVL actually went out of their way to get our delivery date shifted two days earlier which was amazing! So yes, we highly recommend GCVL for anyone needing a long-haul move. Considering the pandemic, our move was stress-free and on time with NO Damage.

I am very pleased with Great Canadian Van Lines. Kathy in the Surrey office was very thorough in her questions for me and I feel she went the extra mile to get my goods onto a truck from Vancouver to Toronto as quickly as possible. The driver was very polite and carefull the packing and unpacking. It was very reassuring to me that the driver was the one familiar face. There was no damage to anything shipped and everything arrived as it should. I can highly recommend Kathy, the driver and Great Canadian Van Lines.

Extremely good moving company. Everything was perfect. The crews was wonderful, respectful and fast. The estimated cost was more expensive that the real price !! I recommend this company to everyone who need an amazing moving. We moved from BC to NB. The driver called 3 days before arriving and he arrived 5 days before the expected date.
