Wanted to give you an update and my disappointment. I have a friend who is an out of town heavy duty mechanic who happened to be home last week and looked at my car after bringing it to Volkswagen . Funny thing, everything they quoted regarding the transmission line and the \broken line lock\ was incorrect, yes the transmission fluid leaked out, but it seems the line lock had been placed on backwards and the clamp was not secure, which with the pressure of the car running it popped over time. again no Gasket, trany line, line lock or transmission kit needed...nothing needing to be replaced. Just trany fluid needed to be filled. Your mechanic just needed to flip the line around and make sure the clamp was secure, then all you needed to quote me on was refilling the fluid and then yes, see how the car was running after. Question being why was this placed backwards and when? Again this was not something were a car can be driven for a long period of time without popping off, meaning this was recently placed on incorrectly. I have not had the car worked on before bring it to Gold Key at the end of December. I want to thank you for almost making me pay 1170 plus tax for no reason at all and then probably turn around and tell me the transmission needed to be replaced too. This is an absolute criminal act, making people pay for unnecessary work and I will never bring my car back to your dealership and only hope something like this doesn't happen to anyone else but we both know it will. Seems the mechanic that worked on my car last time and the one inspecting it are incompetent and they and you felt you could get away with charging people for things that probably 90% of the time do not need to be done but hey people are stupid and aren't mechanics so we will never now the extra money you guys make for every additional thing you convenience people are wrong.

Recently purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from these fine gentleman. I actually quite enjoyed the sales process here. The sales staff were attentive, helpful but not pushy. This can be difficult to achieve in sales so I appreciate the approach the staff at Gold Key take with their customers. The location of the dealership is also really, really nice. Conveniently located on the Langley Bypass, it's very accessible and the dealership has lots of parking available. When you come into this dealership I'd recommend you go speak with Joe over in sales. He's the guy who helped us navigate this sale and he really made the process enjoyable. Joe also came across as being very honest, straight to the point and helpful regarding this entire transaction. All in All was a great experience would definitely consider these guys again in the future.

We went to see new Tiguan 2018 and had a great time. Really nice people are working here. Salesman Richi is super friendly. Great guy. He showed us everything and told about many car features. As well as gave a very good deal. Definetely recommend it. Btw, Tiguan is awesome! Love our new car.
