I returned the purchased accessories and have been charged 20% (over 360!) just for returning packed, unused items! Prior to that I was charged twice: first when I made an order and second when my wife picked the items up in the store! I will never ever use this store again...that is really sad and disgusting how they make the money without providing the service...

Cheers to the guys out in the supplys store out the back. I went in with half an idea of what i needed to do and before you know it the parts are in my hands not to mention at easily affordable prices. First port of call for plumbing needs from now on
Not quite sure if this is the standard in the industry but don't go here thinking you'll be getting a new tub, faucet, sink etc. That day. They don't seem to have anything in stock. Almost everything is a 6-8 week wait when trying to acquire a shower trim set. After finally finding a trim set that I liked, that was in stock, I paid to have it couriered to their location. I went to pick it up after being told it was there, and when we opened it in the store, it was missing multiple components. So they sent it back because they had another set in another store. Once again, shipped out to their store so I picked it up only to take it home and find that the shower neck was all carved up with grooves and scratches. Back across the city to return it only to be told that I would have to install the damaged one and a replacement would be requested from the manufacturer. I asked for my courier fee to be reimbursed given the amount of trips I had to make but was told there was nothing they could do and didn't offer anything in compensation. Given the amount of money I spent on a \quality\ product, I figured that would be the least they could do for me. All and all the sales staff was very helpful when selecting a product but the delivering on a paid for product was questionable at best.

after reading the reviews i am shocked to hear that we humans make mistakes.. yes the staff are great and always helpful to the best they can. 5 stars all the way
