Went there for the promotion prime rib with lobster tails buffet for 10. Had to sign up casino membership in order to have the buffet. They also give you 10 credit to play. Cannot cash out with credit. wait time is 3 to 5 hours depends on time to get there. Food quality is decent for what it is. Don't expect 100 items like others. Good items are lobster tails of course. Prime rib, salmon with BBQ sauce, mussels, BBQ chicken, mesh potato. Fruits, salads and desserts. There is a daily limit as well so if you come late, they may refused to jam more people into line up. I heard people started to line up as early as 1pm. But if you come before 3pm, you can pretty much have a seat by 7. I went people because a friend won the skip the line so I tagged along. Otherwise I m not so sure about the line up for hours to have a lobster prime rib buffet. I would rate this for 3 stars simply long hours line up for this.

For 9.99 the lobster tail and prime rib buffet was really good. We had to wait over 5hours but it was worth the wait.

It's pretty hard to expect much from the service people. I've heard this player beside me on table games telling this dealer to die and hang herself, while supervisors does nothing when they were right beside. Dealers are constantly belittled and they don't respond as if they don't have a backbone...or is it because the casino management doesn't support them ? It doesn't surprise me that most of the dealers look very tired and unhappy. How can you expect people to give customer service when they themselves are treated horribly...I worked in a really good casino 30 years ago in the USA. Tips were good, players complain but they don't tell dealers or their family to die . Pretty bad company.

Friday and Saturday buffet has frozen lobsters. However, the wait was 3 hours, some of the food was dry, and the selection was very limited. But for 9.99 it's an amazing value. Would come again.
