Worst experience with this company. They were so unprofessional. The delivery driver was yelling at me and the receptionist was condescending and messed up our delivery times at the start. They also never disclosed up front that they would not bring 1000 pounds of goods up the elevator to my suite and expected me to come down. Receptionist said I assumed that they would come up the elevator. Incorrect. She had assumed I would come down and carry 1000 pounds of boxes myself. Which sounds more reasonable? Never. Again.

Driver can’t follow simple instructions and constantly blocks our delivery bench every single day when there is space not to.
Saw their review and concerned very much before and yes my shipment got arrived broken and I used even pro packaging service. Without heavy shock like drop or throwing it cant be broken. I made claim and the way they handle is totally unprofessional not considerable. Not sure why there is claim form. Yay if you want to send broken piece, use here! Dont wish any luck with this company.
Ever wonder why your shipments arrive in bad shape? Ever wonder why drivers are frustrated? Because company treats their drivers very bad. They threaten their drivers everyday. Look for any way to terminate them. WARNING WATCH OUT FOR NATHAN. HE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND TERMINATE YOU!!! This man and this company is unfit! There are other companies who will treat you better. This is my personal experience. I wish you all the best. Stay safe.
