I recently purchased a home and Mike helped with the conveyancing, he was very quick and thorough. Overall, I was very happy with the service and prices they charge. Would definitely use their services again.
they charge way too much for notarizing documents and affidavits. I should have went to the notary down the street. 30/exhibit is way too much.
