Great customer service and Hans was very helpful! Purchased a truck canopy from Cap-it and received a timely, reasonably-priced, and professional installation. Right from the start emailing Hans he was prompt and professional. The rest of my experience was the same quality. In store they made the buying process clear and painless. Hans was very clear about price and timeline for the canopy to be built. When there was a delay in shipping (Not Cap-its fault) he called me and kept me informed on the canopy's status. Installation was much the same, the guy in the shop took good care of my vehicle while also professionally installing the canopy. The only thing I can say that they could improve on is the adhesive sealant used on the rubber gasket at the front of the canopy as I had some water leaking when it heavily rained ( This was an easy at home fix with some caulking sealant). To be fair the reason the water was leaking is mostly due to the rubber gasket that is installed by Leer being slightly off center. Long story short. They do good work.

They were super busy, however were accommodating every customer they possibly could. My canopy handle was broken by vandals / thieves; Cap-It had it replaced for me inside of an hour! Excellent.

TLC for my 'OLD' Tonneau Cover. Prompt, efficient and very acceptable price to bring it back into good repair for another few years. I'll certainly be back to these Gents again!
