Came here to get ears pierced. They're all super friendly and the shop followed extreme precaution to ensure that the piercings were placed exactly where we wanted, and they double checked multiple times to make us feel comfortable. Great job!

Just walked in for a tight ring removal, exceptional customer service. I had a tight ring in my finger which made my finger swollen and was hurting badly. They removed it for me for Free! . These guys are really professional and sweet, Worth checking out.

My mom bought earring after wearing them for a few days they would open and fall out. We took them back and they fixed them. After wearing them for a few more days they started doing the same thing. She took them back and was told she would only get half her money back and no full refund. Unsure how this works especially if you have a receipt in hand. Very Upset with our experience. The earring were actually purchased on Dec 24 2020 today's date is March 07 2021. Within this time frame she had already brought them back for repair once before.

I had to go see Sanjay at their location in Payal Business Centre. I had called before going in and the lady that answered the call was very polite and friendly. Sanjay was able to help me with my ring, and was very helpful. Their jewelry in there was so gorgeous, definitely will get something else soon! Thank you for your great service. Go check them out!
