0 Stars for customer service by \RHEA\ in cell phone department. She is extremely rude and arrogant with 0 customer service etiquette. She should get proper training and coaching before she can represent best buy. I really don't understand why a company like Bestbuy would hire such a rude employee. The way she spoke with me and my wife boiled my blood completely . I will never shop at this location ever. Worst customer service ever.

It pretty much has every thing you want. Big enough for in store shopping. Sales are very nice. Return follow Bestbuy policy, as long as not open the package, no worrys. I go there once in a whiile for finding things I need. I can have a month to decide whether keep them or not. I like it.

I am trying to find out about an order I made and this is what happened. Trying to get hold of a human being without going to the store appears to be impossible. The phone number for the store is automated with no option to talk to anybody. Their 1800 number has a two hour wait, I doubt somebody would answer if you did wait two hours. From my perspective Best Buy doesn't seem to have any respect for the customer or want to give any kind of customer service. I would never give them my business again. Long time Best Buy Customer.
