Although I did not end up buying an appliance here, I would not hesitate to recommend and to buy from them in the future. They rebuild appliances before they sell and offer 1 year warranty. Matt is very knowledgeable regarding appliances. He showed high level of professionalism when I dealt with him. When we move to a bigger place where it is delivery friendly, I will definitely buy from them.

Struggled with our three year old refrigerator for a few months. We were told it needed replacing. Randomly popped into B-Line and they said replacement was silly. Service guy arrived the next day and the fridge was fixed within an hour. Great experience. Absolutely amazing people.

I had a failed refrigerator and a 6 month old baby to feed! Steve was able to point me in the right direction on the phone, and I was able to fix it myself, as they were swamped with the long weekend. This is the way to get repeat business and word of mouth. Thanks Steve!
