I just came on here to leave a killer review only to see these guys have a near-perfect rating!! Not surprised. I ordered a Martin Logan 1100x dynamo sub-woofer from them last week that had to be shipped to Nelson, BC. The customer service was stellar; everything from the original inquiry to the ordering process to tracking and delivery. I had a different audio question, phoned and talked to Brian (a real person!) and he immediately had a possible solution. Wow. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future... Update Feb 29/21: With Brian going out of his way to help me out my additional equipment issue has been resolved. Thanks again, I'd give you guys 6 stars if I could! And the sub is fantastic. Piano, drums and upright base sounds natural and full.
