I first met Ahmad at the gym, we quickly became friends through our common love for fitness and food. When it came time to finding my first purchase, It was a no brainer I was going to use Ahmad. I brought my parents along and throughout the entire process Ahmad was nothing but professional and driven to find the right property for me. I looked at many condos to which Ahmad asked me if I was set on a condo, I replied that I'd rather be in a townhouse. Ahmad and I looked at a townhouse and I instantly knew that is what I needed. Ahmad advised me of the financials and how they wouldn't be much different as well as informing me a townhouse would be a better investment in the future. Ahmad and the selling realtor met at a common goal relatively quickly and like that I was in my first property. He was very knowledgeable of the area, real estate market and process and was able to translate that in simple terms for a first time home owner. I have since recommended Ahmad to friends and family to which they have all been very happy with his services!
Alex is an amazing realtor. He goes above and beyond his role to educate his clients about home buying/selling. He was very patient, professional and responsive with communication throughout our house buying and selling process. He constantly reassured us and understood the anxiety related with selling during covid. He addressed our fears and answered all our questions and cleared our doubts.
