Worst front desk u can expect - in color of \professionalism\ it was least human attitude experienced. I was 15m early as they needed paper work ( intake , history and covid questions) but was asked to leave and come at exact time- with taxi gone, a concussion patient - I was out in cold rainy evening..trying to find a shelter. Spent time in backside of the building. Technician was one of the best ( grateful! ) very considerate and caring but ...frontdesk ? Never want to go back or reccomend anyone - they need a crash course in how to mellow down their tones and be little considerate that its patients in pain walking in not restaurant clients.

For older or elderly be careful of covid protocols as are all web based and not the clearest of instructions. Format has a lot to be desired other than that ,fast forthright service. Phone calls should be a request in a ,instance for lack of computers or esl , but wonder about personal service and radiologists.
We had our req faxed to them 3pm a day before and had the mri done the next day.thanks a lot. The staff were super nice than any health care profession i have experienced. There was a cancellation which worked in our favour.
I went in to see Robin for my untrasound today. She was knowledgeable, caring and overall I had an amazing experience with the clinic and Robin herself. She was very thorough and I was so happy that I booked with access MRI. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, facility was spotless clean and would recommend anyone to see this clinic for any of their medical needs. Thank you Robin for all your knowledge, help and your time, you are amazing ️
worst service in town. I emailed them my request for ultrasound and emailed them my phone number so that they can contact me, but they never called. After one week, I followed up with them, they blame me for not giving them phone number. I forwarded the email to them to prove I have given them my phone number a week ago. They did not apologize for their mistake but continue to blame me. Their management is messed up, but they are very good at blaming the customers.
