We have been sending our daughter to Sun Valley’s Mission campus since November 2020. The administrative staff are very helpful and accommodating. The teachers are wonderful and our daughter is happy to see them each morning. We enjoy seeing the activities our daughter participates in each day, and the quality of care at Sun Valley has been exceptional. Highly recommend!

We feel very lucky to have our son attend Sunvalley - Mission campus. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We are provided regular updates on the daily developmental activities he takes part in. It is apparent that he enjoys himself. With the changing environment that COVID has brought, we have felt that they have adapted their care to ensure safety is met. They have been respectful to the parents and the changes we are are dealing with. They have been caring and loving to our son, and continue to provide him with a nurturing environment.

Jumping Jellies has been working with Sunvalley Queensland for over 3 years. We can't say enough how amazing the teachers are here, they truly love working with children and it shows with how happy the kids are. All of the kids LOVE coming to daycare and have so much fun every day! I would highly suggest this daycare if you're looking for a diverse and active program!

The best daycare ever. My daughter has made great progress in the last 4 months she has been at this location. She is more active and communicating. I feel very confident and peaceful to leave my daughter at this daycare because i am sure that my daughter is very loved by the teacher, other peers and the administrations team. The greatest thing i love about this daycare is great responsive interactions between staffs, children and family. My daughter enjoys every minute at the daycare and cannot be more happier. Thanks to all teachers for your love and kindness toward my daughter.

Karma is not a joke! The daycare operators are nothing but cheat, thieves, liars and inconsiderate and This is the best thing that ever happened to this daycare. I feel for all the families (including mine), staff, and many other connected to the operators. We were more than happy when all the changes happened late 2018. Children were cared for, staff were happy working, parents were satisfied with the communications between families, office, and staff. The previous manager was responsive, caring and had a great relationship with all o f us. Until another change came recently. Many families pulled out their children. High staff turn over and poor or no communications at all. Week after week new faces. The new managers didn't even know how to communicate with us. A child was found sick but was not given attention instead the manager let the child stay outside and let him sleep in the grass of the playground. This act showed lack of management experience. I'm scared to leave my child in this daycare, because they have lots of violations. Good I pulled out my child. No more incident and accidents due to lack of staff supervision.Most of the new staff are capable but since they are new they are still getting to know the children and their new environment, that's why the 2 years old, 3 and all the children are running the daycare themselves. Shame! Shame! This is not the last daycare in Queensland, canyon meadows area. Stay away from this Daycare owners and their new managers. They are professional liars! Their reputation and moral at Queensland has been tarnished, and deteriorated. Never ever take any chances coming in this daycare!

My child attended the day care and I need to say that I was happy from the begging but unfortunately not till the end. Queensland location went through amazing changes and we as a parents couldn't be happier. Everything went down in a week maybe two. Kids become sad as the teachers were constantly changing, some of the kids were terminated as there was no licensing in place, some parents noticed sanitary issues. If you looking for place that your child, your family and your work will be how it suppose to be safe, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

My initial review of this facility would have been a 5 star based on the changes made in November onward. My child was progressing and having great days until this center chose to treat us all as dollar signs instead of people. I am very disappointed and I am shocked to see how much daycare centers can get away with, without being shut down. I have met 4 different directors from Septmeber to April, new staff every week, many licensing non- compliance complaints posted and ongoing investigations almost every week since March. Scary! Thankfully I pulled my child out and will definitely look further into any other childcare center going forward. Parents beware, these people will lie to your face!
