A really beautiful house and very nicely decorated in a period style. Breakfast was very tasty. We were bike touring and like to get on the road early so we would have preferred an option for an earlier breakfast. Breakfast is from 830 to 930. We appreciated having a 800 breakfast accommodation but would have loved an earlier one. The rooms need a bit of updating from an electrical standpoint. It was hard to find accessible plugs that were convenient to charge our devices.

Mother's day brunch at this eclectic B&B and tea house was out of this world. Chef Ron and his lovely wife Corrinne put on such an amazing brunch for my family of 10. Each member of my family had nothing but great comments and thoughts of not just the brunch but the tour of the B&B and tea house as well. We got a chance to sit and relax in the front parlour after our meal. We weren't being rushed at any point through out our stay even though the sign at the front door when we entered said they were sold out. I am so glad that we made reservations for this event. I have attached pictures of our meals. I look forward to the next time I can taste more of Chef Ron's cooking. I will be watching out for the next event so I can make an excuse to visit again.

Beautiful b&b with wonderful hosts Corrinne and Chef Ron. Breakfast was very good and our 5 year left not a crumb in sight! . The Dr. Powers suite was great for us with the kids.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Summerhill Manor! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well-kept, and very comfortable, especially considering how old the house is! We were there as a bridal party as my best friend was getting married, and Ron was exceptionally accommodating of this. He was friendly, warm, and welcoming, and his attention to detail didn't go unnoticed! He even made a special breakfast for the bride and groom after the wedding, and brought us celebratory mimosas. So thoughtful! Not to mention the food was delicious. We would highly recommend staying here or even trying out their cute little tea room! We will definitely be coming back :)

We had a lovely stay at the Summerhill Manor B&B over the St. Paddys Weekend. What I like about Summerhill is the nice human interactive experience that is lacking in a typical big chain hotel where you are just one of hundreds of customers who are staying at a small room. Moment we arrived, we were greeted by Chef Ron and Corrinne, the owners at Summerhill. The living room is lovely and clean. This is a 1800s building with a Victorian theme to it. Corrinne guided us to our room and we stayed at the Dr. Powers Suite, which is the biggest room of the 3 guest rooms. Love the tall windows throughout all sides of the room, allowing natural sunlight to beam through the windows. There is 1 comfy queen size bed and a 2nd bed on the other end of the wall which could fit an adult or a kid comfortably. The bathroom is inside the room and hot water flowing strongly out of the facet, which is what I need. Luv that! Crabtree & Evelyn care products for guests to use, which is a nice touch. Chef Ron makes great food. Each guest gets a complimentary breakfast during their stay, so I highly recommend you to wake up early, grab breakfast and then claw back to your room for an hour nap and then check out. Overall, I enjoy the excellent service and the experience at Summerhill Manor. In fact, this was my 1st time staying at a B&B as I usually stay at a hotel or Air BnB, but Summerhill definitely gave me that confidence to try other BnB in the near future. Parking is free during weekends, everything is so close on foot, we didnt have to drive. Next time, I would like to check out Chef Ron afternoon tea experience.

Went their for high tea. The decor is nice. The tea was good and the food was great. There is good selection among the sandwiches and desserts, you don't get that everywhere. I couldn't finish everything, it was so filling! It is quite far from where I live but I would make a trip out on the weekend to have again!
