Horrible. I brought in a jacket that I had worn a total of two times and had accidentally stained to be professionally cleaned for a dinner I was attending. I went in on the date they said it would be ready only to find out that it wouldn't be ready til the end of that day. Not only did they not get the stain out, but when I commented that I was paying almost 20.00 for this lack of service, I was told that it is clean. The morning after the dinner, I decided to try cleaning it myself and after using 1.50 of cleaning product, the stains are gone. A complete waste of my time and money. Next time I want to get rid of twenty dollars, I'll toss it in the garbage, it'll be less frustrating.
Every time I bring my clothing in to have it dry cleaned or repaired the results are always amazing and they treat me like family. Thank you for the service guys!
