Get three stars because of the behaviour i saw and heard tgerecwjile loojibg for runners. They were more concerned with a Aboriginal couple that they may steal. And has half the stsff following tgem around. The sad part is that they racially profiled them they came un whwn i did and were labbled.
Great customer service, the employees tried to help with my app. They don't just brush you off which is awesome! Especially in this new technology world we all live in. Not just with buying products but also helping to get returns handled was great! Thank you so much to the Sudbury New Sudbury Centre for all the great Service your store provides every visit! This location always has what we need and often good sales!
I was charged the full price for the item that was listed for flash sale on SportChek website, their system is not updated automatically, you are supposed to present a proof of the sale; I didn't check my receipt (yes, I know I always should, but who knew? the store appears trustworthy); came next morning to rectify the error and was treated like a scam artist; I have got my refund eventually but not even a word of apology, like here is your money now g.t.f.o. out of here. The lady in charge has no patience to deal with customer issues, got negative and in denial from the start, she shouldn't be allowed outside of her office space; this attitude is damaging the image of the entire business chain.
I had a wonderful experience at Sport Chek New Sudbury.....greeted and provided with clear instructions at the entrance. Need runners and was provided with amazing, knowledgeable service by Kennedy in the shoe department - I will be back!!
The guy at the cash was the only good experience I had in the store to be honest. Not a lot of stock and staff on the floor was very rude.
Find the store is becoming very junky looking lately too much clutter other than that good prices lots of styles to choose from
