We love going to this store, nice, bright and well laid out. Best selection of snowsuits and accessories for kids and adults alike. Lots of stock which is nice, you can always find something in your size. Always a few deals to be had. Staff is usually helpful.

I've been dealing with the team at Royal Distributing for years now. I have always had positive experiences and it is hard to find another local powersports retailer that comes even close to stocking as many items as Royal Distributing does. Aside from that, they offer quick and free shipping right to your door if you don't have time to go to one of their retail stores in person. I have shopped at all of their retail locations and have had positive experiences at all of them. The team at Royal Distributing always help me and my crew keep their ATV's and SXS's trail ready by supplying us with all the parts we need! Royal Distributing cares about their customers and the powersports industry in general. They support both national and grassroots powersports events as sponsors. This place is BRUTAL!! Don't expect any service. Im actually shocked when someone asks if they can help! -Some of the parts staff don't know what they are talking about. (Arguing about a quad saying that it doesn't exist.... It does we own it) -i called for something that I ordered and already paid for.. and was cut off very rudely and told to call the 1800# to set up curbside pick up. I cut her back off to explain its been ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago. And was told it would be in 2 weeks ago and was told there's nothing they can do. Just extremely poor service.
I try to support local but Trying to find clothing and protective gear is a nightmare in this store. Yeah there's a lot of stuff but good luck trying to find sizes in that complete mess of unorganized items. I've walked out empty handed on several occasions after a couple hours of wasting my time. Also, how about getting a working phone system? You lost my business, I'll shop online.
called long distance for snowmobile shocks, they put me on hold for over 8 minutes on a long distance call, was not impressed at all. however after waiting a very long time to speak with someone, the parts person was helpful and the parts were in stock.
