In 2015, we opened Constantine Dental. We had considered purchasing an existing practice, but none of the practices we looked at felt right. If we were going to do this, we wanted to do it our way. Even though this meant starting with zero patients, we were willing to bet on ourselves. It was worth it! The first two years our patient base grew very well. Our new patient numbers were steady and consistent. It was nice because as we grew and added team members, we were able to gradually implement our policies and make changes that aligned with our growing practice. In 2018, we had the opportunity to acquire a second practice. With room to expand within our space, we merged practices and brought on an additional dentist and 3 additional team members. We had grown from a team of 4 to a team of 12! We recognized quickly that we needed more structure in our HR. We needed written polices to address common occurrences and a systematic approach in our hiring process. In came Stream Dental. I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and her team. Step by step, they worked with us to develop everything we needed. It was custom. It reflected our practice and the direction we wanted to go. Every question was answered. Every concern was addressed. They saw our vision and were enthusiastic about getting us where we wanted to go. Their attention to detail and their availability gave us so much confidence. This has been one of the best decisions we’ve made since opening in 2015. We can’t thank them enough.
