My phone needed replaced after 5 years .I entered the store with reservation. Dan the manager greeted me and i knew i had come to the right store . I am a senior so my fears were soon gone once speaking to Dan. He was extremely helpful and the upgrade was explained well. His coworkers were also helpful and friendly to their customers. Thanks Dan

After several attempts these guys need retraining. After 4 years they are the closest store and many upgrades later they seem to screw everything up from trade up to repair to replace to they can't find the phone. Drive the extra distance to another store.

The employees in the store minus Robert are useless. They always say they can’t help and call customer care. Then when you call customer care, they say there is no reason that this can’t be done in store. Hard finding good help these days I guess. It’s a shame really.
