Hello Everyone. Back on January I started my physio with Amy. I was hurting quite a bit. She made me feel at ease right away. It was a great connection! She taught me the tools that I needed to feel better. Challenged me weekly, and i was eager to accomplish those goals. Pushed myself a little hard a couple of times but worth it. We always started every session talking, before we did anything else; i appreciated that. Yesterday was my last session with Amy. Bitter sweet, happy that the progress has taken me to the end of treatment, but.......no more talks. Thanks Amy for everything Marilyn

Beautiful location downtown with very covid-conscious protocols in place - I was the only patient in the building for every physiotherapy session I had! I had a handful of physiotherapy sessions and was impressed. My physiotherapist Amy was responsive to all my needs and worked with me to meet my goals. She was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, she was able to share her knowledge in an easy-going, friendly manner. I love that Her Optimal consists of an all-female team who are able to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to your healthcare needs. Having a variety of disciplines on hand makes for easy referrals in-house which I love! I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending to all my friends!
Best massage!! Alex does such an amazing job, always checks in to make sure you’re doing okay. I’ve had some painful muscles lately and they’ve done such a great job and I feel so much better. Thank you!

Her Optimal is an amazing spot. Alex is such a great massage therapist and I always look forward to my massages with her. I recommend any women to visit and check out all the specialties they offer.
I have been doing physio at Her Optimal for the past 6 weeks and have nothing but great things to say! Booking appointments is super easy & it is a clean and bright space. I have been working with Amy and would reccommend her to anyone. She makes completing excersises easy as she finds ways for you to complete them throughout natural daily tasks. She has been super helpful and I am really happy with the progress I've made in the time I've been seeing her.
I feel doubly blessed now that I have found Alex and Olivia at HER Optimal Health. After my neck surgery, almost 5 yrs ago, I was left with a brace & some pain meds. What I needed was to learn how to carry myself with my head held high on my newly constructed neck Last Nov. my doctor sent me to HER Optimal Health. The receptionist managed to get me a Massage with Alex my RMT, right after my initial visit with Olivia for Physio. I honestly can't say enough great things about these two gals and the services they have provide me at HER Optimal Heallth. Ultimately it is up to me whether I can remedy my situation. However, with Olivia's guiding hands & Alex's kneading hands, I have no doubt I can make it.
