I went to the Strathroy location. The only person who was nice was the person letting people in the store. Everyone else was grumpy and impolite. One older lady every hit my stroller 3 times that had my infant in it even though we were trying to get out her way. She did not apologize. I understand that times are rough right now. But how we treat others in such times says a lot about who we are as individuals. We will not be returning to this location until an apology is given for actively going out of her way to hit my stroller multiple times with my baby in it and causing damage to my stroller in the process. I will be letting others know about what happened so they are able to take the appropriate procautions as the staff went out there was to avoid social distancing (not including the young woman at the door letting people in). If I could give 0 stars I would. 0/5 stars for the Strathroy location. I would not recommend this location and would highly recommend the location on Hyde park in London as an alternative to the Strathroy location . I would rather support a location that does follow social distancing and does not hit strollers with babies in them.

I had a great experience, the staff were happy and very helpful. The only sad thing was there were no adult coloring books. Love the store, thanks

They usually have whatever you are looking for. The best thing is the raisin bread! Near checkout... it's a large loaf for 2.50! Slices are thick as well! Best raisin bread ever!
