Great experience at Stratford Nissan! I had my car in for Service and it was really well taken care of at a competitive price. Sam even made sure my car came back to me with the winter salt and mud washed off my floor mats! They gave me a loaner (so convenient) and it was the all new 2021 Rogue. I'll definitely be back.

I put an offer in today 24 Aug.2020. on a used Rav4. I offerred 800. under the ask price. The salesperson was very nice. He came back to discuss my offer which the sales mgr. had directed him to. The total out the door price (which the mgr. had approved) was approx. 25. over the the price they had advertised on line with of course the lic. and taxes included. When I confronted Matthew with the approx. 1000. difference he said there were fees such as administration maybe. I guess they never heard of the all in pricing law in Ontario OR.....maybe it was the Stratford TOURIST TAX ???? Needless to say we walked !

I have Never been to a slower or more incompetent shop in my life - very unprofessional. My girlfriend and I have had multiple issues with them not doing simple tasks properly - and trying every sleazy thing they can to not cover things on her warranty she paid GOOD money for. DO NOT use Stratford Nissan unless you want to waste your time and get a headache!! Their only good attribute is an employee named Rhyan who is great.
