Haven’t had a smooth delivery from Purolator once the last several times I used them. Wrong house, couldn’t locate package within sorting facility. Had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up my package because they couldn’t find my house on a normal street in the city. Also several shipment delays. I am supposed to have a delivery arrive today, it got brought back to the sorting center but the delivery date is still set to today.

Stayed home from work. Had a note on the door. Said they tried, but there was no notice. And then it posted at 5:19pm missed delivery. And was back at depot 22km away by 5:30pm. Need to have some accountability
My package was supposed to arrive on the 21st. They said the driver claimed the address was invalid, I called in, the agent said it was their mistake and that the address was valid all along. He also said they wont be able to deliver it the next day, so I had to wait that day and the weekends. It's now the following monday and tracking information is still saying address correction required. I called in and was told that the request was not viewed yet, and that I'll have to wait for tomorrow. Update: It is tomorrow, and my location still hasn't been validated meaning I won't be getting it today. Great.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate their patience.
I was expecting an important parcel Dec. 7th. It's now the 12th and I have not received it. After numerous times of trying to get through to customer service and an hour on hold, I was told the package reached the Stratford depot on time and has been sitting there since. Pretty frustrating considering I'm 5 minutes away. I would even pick it up. The most frustrating part of this is when you use to tracking number the item can't be found and to contact customer service. If only it were that easy to get through. I know it's Christmas time and Covid has things busy, but this is Purolator's purpose.
