I recently received the most amazing customer service by one of People’s Jewellery consultant’s at the Stratford ON location named Veronica that I would definitely recommend People’s and specifically Veronica to anyone considering a jewellery purchase. Veronica‘s level of knowledge regarding People’s inventory, policies and warranties was downright amazing and her professionalism as well as the friendly honest down-to-earth manner in which she dealt with us was excellent ️️️️️

People's has always been my favorite jeweller until my last experience,I put a ring on layaway and put a thousand dollars down . Long story short I tried to refund my own money and it's going to be 2 months before I get it back because I had changed bank cards so they need to send a cheque to return the money. After a month of no money I called and they some how had the wrong address ,so they say , and now I have to wait another month for another cheque. The last time it took two months to return someone's money was in 1995 !!! Come on !!

Took my 1500 dollar watch in for repair because it was running slow... after 7 weeks I called to see when it would be finished. They forgot to call me had been sitting for 2 weeks. Got it back and the crystal face had a huge chip. Back in. After a couple weeks I got it back... paid 267 dollars to find out it still ran slow. Back in again. Several weeks later I got it back and the main clock STILL ran slow and now one of the world clocks also ran slow. They said they could make no guarantees about the world clock so I asked for a refund. Months of back and forth and my watch is now worse than when I brought it to them.
