We, a family of five, visited Koch Haus B&B in the early July. The house is located in the picturesque countryside which is just a few minutes drive away from downtown Stratford. The drive towards there is just glorious, with endless green and yellow wheat fields, winding hilly countryside roads and peaceful farmlands with horses and cows. Our host and hostess are amazingly hospitable. The breakfast in the sunroom which is set in front their green pond garden was the highlight of the trip! We were also a little concerned about bringing our 4.5 month old son with us to this trip, but our hostess was extremely accommodating that she created a little wonderland with toys and books so our baby can enjoy the breakfast with us. It was a memorable time for us. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Just a simple delight. Our hosts welcomed us into their home as if we were old friends. The pioneer style stone house has been completely renovated but the feel of home and warmth remain. Fireplace crackling, massive round wooden table that invites relaxing conversation, large windows looking out onto the explosion of Autumn colours together with modern, but tastefully decorated bathrooms, bedrooms and a dining room which has been added with three fully windowed walls revealing a large treed lawn leading to a pond reflecting young maples make the ambience just perfect. It is a treasure off the beaten track but within ten minutes all the bustling culture of The Stratford Festival Theatres. Just a simple delight! Neil and Carolina Douglas, Streetsville, ON
