Storm Internet has been great in providing their services to us.for over 10 years. From all areas of Customer Service their staff are courteous and knowledgeable. In recent months their technical team extended our tower and with their advice upgraded our package. As we live in a rural area where wireless is our only option we would not look at any other company. Without hesitation we highly recommend and encourage you to explore what they have to offer. This is best internet provider I have dealt with in years! The service and install was great and showed up when they said they would. The price is an awesome value. Customer service through e-mail has been clear with no double talk. They even made a courtesy call after 3 weeks to make sure the service suited my needs. All I can say, is how AWESOME to work with a company that delivers customer service.

I have been with Storm Internet over 20 years and never had a problem :-) I recently upgraded my High speed and the Service was very fast and efficient. I cannot say enough about the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Keep up the great work!!!!! I will highly recommend Storm Internet!!!
Service is great. Value could improve. Our wireless LTE service has delivered good speeds, close to advertised, and has been very reliable, for rural internet. I would like to see the cost come down, or increased data/month to give a higher rating.
