The staff don't know anything, other than how to push more expensive products, I'd give it a 3. The other two stars were lost due to how horrible Telus is.

as a rep from another city I sent a client (who was traveling) there to get help with a Telus email password / air card and they refused to help him. As they only \sell phones

Not impressed with the fact that Jacob gave me different pricing for the Telus Smart Hub than what the Telus website is offering and pricing is also different than another Telus store that I called. The no term fee was higher, the 2 year contract fee was higher, and was told the connection fee was none refundable. even if the device did not work for us.Gave me a hand out and everything. When i questioned him about the differnces he shrugged me off. Taking my business elsewhere.
