I visited back in December everything was great! My eye exam was smooth my frame and lens selection was great! I broke my frame twice in less than 8 months, Carol and the team helped me every time over the phone and in person. My insurance offered comprehensive coverage for the broken frame I had no idea I even had. P.s not my real name displays on review.

I came in with my husband and daughter today and was very dissapointed with the professionalism of the staff. A woman had tried to open the wrong door and knocked on it slightly. She then seemed to understand her brief error and proceeded to the proper door. A female staff member with dark hair and tattoos ( didn't catch her name ) loudly said that the woman obviously had no common sense and should be embarrassed. I was mortified at how immature and rude this comment was, and that everyone in the waiting area heard it. Shameful, truly!

First time going for an eye exam in 7 years due to bad experience at another local eye center. Dr.Kattan was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He Explained everything in the procedure and was very helpful. The staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Kattan and his team are very helpful and knowledge about eye care and health. The instruments used were technologically advanced to provide the most in depth eye exam I've ever had. My eye glasses prescription was filled on the same day and glasses were delivered earlier than promised. Excellent service from an excellent team. Thank you.

Very Happy! They took their time to get things right, they listened well, and were very helpful. I will be coming back here. Recommend it to anyone with complicated eye problems. Dr. Kattan was thorough and explained things well. I have had to deal with eye problems for 40 years in different countries, and this is one of the best places that I have ever gone to.

I have an infant and was eager to book an eye appointment quickly. This clinic was highly rated and able to fit me in on a day when I was able to get child care so I thought I would give it a go. Contrary to what other reviewers have said, I did feel rushed. When I had questions, the doctor took the time to quickly come speak to me again, though I certainly did not have his undecided attention as he had more than one appointment on the go at a time. After a very quick exam, I was sent to try on contacts. I was not able to see well out of each eye individually. As such, the doc sent me back to put on contacts in my old prescription. They were obviously worse, so I was told that since the others were better, they were correct. When I suggested that maybe my eye were different prescriptions (as they always have been in the last 30 years) I was scoffed at and told that they were the same other than the astigmatism. The doc then suggested that I get contacts that were of the prescription between the two I had tried on. Then he left. Assuming he knew what he was talking about (against my better judgement), I purchased very expensive contacts. I now have to squint to see the subtitles on my TV. It is not a small TV. This is ridiculous, and sadly I do not have the coverage for a second exam and purchase within the next year, so i am stuck with wearing glasses that aren't strong enough or contacts I have to squint with, at least until I go back to work. So disappointed in both the experience and the online reviewers apparent dishonesty. The front end staff were very nice, though...

Amazing Dr and staff!!! They were very helpful from start to finish. Even fixed clip on sunglasses for free after they were run over. Never a hassle even if you walk in. Thanx staff!!!!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. The staff here are professional and friendly, and Dr. Kattan is amazing. I couldn't ask for more!
