Great store. Good customer service. I check inventory online before going to the store and it has always been accurate. They’ve also improved their curbside pickup process significantly from what it used to be, you only wait few minutes and someone brings your order to you quickly and with a smile!

Nicely stocked store. Tool centre is well staffed and questions are answered honestly and with intelligence. Check out area is clean and they keep people moving. Sometimes hard to get help in the mill work area but it is a busy place. Store is clean and well lit. It’d be nice if there were batteries in the demo units. Been there mid week during the day and at night; on the weekends too. Never any batteries in most of the guns. Never any driver bits! How do you try the tools??

Farrah from returns & Noel from flooring are absolute gems! Always so helpful & they both work so quickly. It’s made picking up our renovation materials such a breeze. The staff here also did such a great job getting online orders out quickly during lockdown. Thanks so much guys!

My first experience was with Karen at Customer Service who not only checked into my curbside pickup order but actually called me to alert me that I'd be getting a pickup email, which arrived a moment later. I was impressed by the added step she took to ensure I had the answer I had previously called about. Then there was the incredibly friendly Joseph who brought my snowblower out. He was just pleasant and happy. It was refreshing! But then... upon arriving home about 45 minutes away I found the snowblower to be DOA. As snow was forecast and this model was now out of stock in all but a couple of far away locations I felt like my trip was a waste of time and effort. I chatted with online customer service who instructed me to call the store and speak to a manager. Enter John. The lengths he went to make this unfortunate situation right was truly exceptional! He legitimately cared and was sincerely interested in finding a solution. The plan was to have another unit shipped from one of those other stores and arrange to get it to me as soon as he could. Initially that would look like at least a few days. Turned out, the NEXT day Jamie, the store manager, delivered it to me on his way home. I'd have been more than perfectly satisfied with the excellent customer service had there NOT been a problem. But in the presence of a problem was where the leadership at this location really proved themselves! They more than made it right by owning the issue, finding a solution, and implementing it to perfection all the while being legitimately concerned about turning my potentially negative experience into a positive one. You don't see THAT level of fantastic customer service often, and that warrants my highest praise! Thank you Karen, Joseph, John, and Jamie!

Ordered this swing set for the kids to have some fun in the back yard. The poor kids were anxiously waiting for the set to arrive. The only thing good about this experience is the prompt delivery. Upon opening the box I could see that it was a returned item and re-taped. Broken missing pieces galore. It’s a travesty to know that such little care goes into your customer service. I am a front line worker and have been going none stop since this pandemic started. Please don’t waste people’s time like this, no one answers the customer server line. It hangs up on you. Me an my wife called several times. Home Depot response.
