I call to book an appointment with doctor Papneja, her nurse/Receptionist is so so rude and disrespectful. She yells at you and she doesn’t even make sense why she does that. The first time I thought she had a bad day we all do I am not a person to just judge. But it’s been happening many times super bad and disrespectful. If you don’t like your job, if your not a person to talk to people and communicate then find something that suits your attitude, you are not forced to do this. As a patient we already have enough issues and pain in our lives we didn’t disrespect you even tho we have enough. Bad attitude very bad. People are loosing there respect and manners disgusting. She literally hanged up on me while I was still talking because she just screams at you then hangs up. I am probably going to move to another centre the one in Burlington I can’t handle this disrespect anymore I am a nice shy person never had someone yell at me like that.

If I could give lower than 1 star - I would. No respect for patients time. They Miss- booked appointments made me take off from work and come to a locked door. Prerequisition not prepared on time. Receptionist very rood and not helpfull. System falling apart.

This Aviva clinic never picks up the phone. You’re really telling me this place is THAT busy? Doubt it. Last 3 times I left a message it was 4-5 days for a call back and the very last time I never got called back so I ended up driving there (takes me 25 mins one way). I ordered new immunotherapy and the DR said with the new supplier it only takes 2-4 weeks to come in but now it’s been 8 weeks and no call. Since now I refuse to leave a message I’ve called about 15 times today with no answer- shocking! Since listening to their voice mail so many times now I’ve noticed what I thought said they’d get back to you within 24 hours actually says 24 business hours, which is deceiving. Just put 3 business days people, come on! Also all of my appointments there I’ve had to wait AT LEAST 30 mins after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Complete joke of a company.

Does not pick up the phone or return calls, AT ALL. Have yet to have a single one of my voicemails returned, I have called numerous times and the voicemail always says 24 hours that is a lie. The doctor himself is actually quite helpful, but his staff is enough for me never to want to come back.When he told me to call if I had any questions or any issues and not to hesitate, eventually I had both and my allergist became a pointless place to call. I tried to reschedule my appointment, didn't even get a call back for that. The only way I even got that appointment was from the doctor himself. It is unfortunate but I will be going back to my family doctor next week to find a new allergist. I'm so glad I have not made a payment yet towards the allergen shots with a place that can't even be bothered to return a single phone call no matter how serious it is.

Have had several issues with my appointment dates. Twice I have shown up for my appointment only to be told it had been cancelled. I received no notification before hand. I was also called once to tell me about an appointment and had to tell the person that someone had called and cancelled that date and I had a new one. I think this place needs to get it together. No issues with the doctor or staff but the screw ups have me thinking of going somewhere else. Just wondering if I get 75 for lost time.
