Stan – I hope you are well I just wanted to reach out and tell you how impressed I was with our recent purchase We met with Robyn in Stoney Creek on our initial consultation and she was great. She knew the product inside and out and was able to make recommendations based on our needs. When we went back the next week, Lisa was in Stoney Creek and she was able to immediately take over from where we had left off with Robyn, and help us determine how many boards of each product were required. Finally we went an ordered the product this past weekend and we spent a few minutes with Patrica. She had our invoice prepared and knew exactly why we were there All three were exceptionally trained and made the process of buying so much easier. Very very bad work and customer service would not recommend. They said that the backyard work would take a month but after 4 months and several complaints and mess ups they finally completed but everything is already falling about not even 3 years after.... I have been trying to contact them for 3 years to come and fix and they never return my phone calls. Would recommend you stay far away from this company
Excellent spot for all your decking needs. After wandering the aisles at our local big box stores and feeling at a loss as to what to do, we went to The Deck Store where all our questions were answered. Alan was on duty when we visited the store and he calculated everything we would need for our project, all at a great price. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Just head to The Deck Store. You won't be disappointed.
