They only allow 2 people in the store at one time. We went to get earrings for my wife and two daughters but we all were not allowed inside. We are aware of social distancing but we also know that you keep in your bubble and maintain a 6ft distance from others. Went to another jewellery store which was fine with letting us in and bought what we were looking for. This store left a bad taste in our mouths. Try someone else who actually wants your business.

Very rude. My boyfriend and I came in to buy a Christmas gift, and as soon as they heard our budget wasn’t super high, the salesperson’s attitude changed and she became very curt and rude with us. She was blatantly annoyed when she showed me a 2000 (more than 4 times our budget) and I was not interested. Do not give these people your money. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Okay nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this location, I absolutely love the staff here and I never plan on buying from another jewelry supplier. I've purchased items from family gifts, jewelry for myself, my fiance's promise ring and my fiance even purchased my engagement ring from here! Everytime I'm in this store we're always helped above and beyond and they never discriminate to our age (which has happened at other retailers before) we're in our 20's. The clerks always seem so interested in our love story and to boot listen to what we have to say from staying in price range, to what we're describing and what they show us is always perfect if not better. It's beyond genuine and we're never disappointed. Small story: My fiance and I went away for the weekend (we stayed in a hotel) and I went to close the sliding closet door then SMASHED my hand bending my engagement ring to my finger. Two days later I went into this location and the woman there was an actual angel and to make a long story short I get a new (but same set) ring and it will be here by the new year! I can't wait and she was so kind to understand my situation and replace my ring with no hassle. I can't tell them how greatful I am for making a stressful situation so smooth and easy. Absolutely love this location and I'll always shop here for my jewelry needs!

Terrible customer service. Went in to get my ring fixed with my lifetime warranty. The woman working at the desk was so rude to me, told me I shouldn't wear my Opal Ring everyday so I don't have to get it fixed all the time. Meanwhile that's what a lifetime warranty is, I should be able to get it fixed as much as I want without the person who works there having a problem with it. On top of that I was told to come in on October 25 for pickup if I did not hear from them before, I go to pick up my ring and am told it's not there and I should wait for a phone call. I will absolutely never shop here or get my ring fixed here. I would rather pay for my ring to be fixed than have it fixed for free through People's.
