What an absoutely horrible experience I had in this store today. I've been to this store a few times and the service has always been horrible. Rude and short is often the vibe hers but I run in, get what I need and leave. Today however was exceptionally rude and off-putting. I went in to redeem some lotto tickets and aa I walked in the guy had his mask around his chin. Aa I got closer to desk, he pulled it up just barely above his mouth. Yoy can see he just have been doing something and didn't want to be bothered with a client. I told him I had a few scratch tickets (4) to check and also told him they were winners but I think one of them wasn't. He told me to check them at the lotto checker before coming to the desk. I asked him if he could just check them at the main machine to which he replied that he only checks winners. What? You only check winners....really? I then proceeded to tell him there was a lady already using the ticket checked, he told me to go and wait then come back to the counter. Straight faves and inhonranr. He couldn't give an f about me or my business. I proceeded to just walk out the store and I know he really didn't care. Perhaps one day soon it'll catch up to them and this store will close. Maybe then a new owner that actually cares about their clients will take ownership and turn the store around. Until then, there is nothing I will ever need that will make me need to go back into this store. I'll also be reaching out to the OLG to voice my concerns in case they care. Do yourself a favour and find another "convenience" store. This one is horrible and the reviews are evident of that.

Old woman/owner is very rude. I had to pick up package on behalf of my wife because she was taking care of child who just went through heart surgery. She said she doesn't care saying she has 3 children and tells me stop being a crybaby.
