Service was amazing, quick. Apparently I did a real number on the inside of one of my tires and caused it to rip over a pothole. David, initially looked after my car, and diagnosed the problem as the damage was quite hidden. Tire ordered and put on in just under a week, all within a few days before Christmas. Would never hesitate to recommend Kal Tire and especially this location. They recognize emergencies and get you on your way. Thank you to David and the rest of the team

Great customer service and friendly staff. I wasn't a 100% sure what my car needed, and I explained to the staff over the phone the details of my car issue. They made me an appointment, gave me a free assessment and explained in detail, what needed to be done. I am extremely impressed with the timeliness of the work, the efficiency of the staff and the over all work done!! A big thank you from me and my family.

I came in to get my winters on and the gentlemen who assisted me was incredibly friendly and explained everything to me. Unfortunately I was informed my tires were bald and couldn't be put on (not their fault) and that'd I'd need new tires. He didn't pressure me into new tires, didn't charge me for their time, and provided an invoice with all the costs and told me to call if I wanted to get them and they'd have the tires by tomorrow. Great first experience here!
